Tough day at the gym with Dane. Squat went up 10 pounds to 165 pounds, Dead stayed the say though. I could lift more, but my back felt tender and I didn't want to risk injury.It takes us about an hour and a half to 2 2-3 exercises.
When I was in high school I used to squat hundreds of pounds and compete with the numbers of the offensive linemen on the wall, but my technique was horrible. Now that I have a much better technique I can't lift as much, but I'm much stronger so its ok.
No work today, so I have time to shower, have a recovery shake, and put my legs up. I think I'll watch Blade Runner.
